Let me just say I’ve been where you are. As a social entrepreneur and a woman there have been many hurdles in starting up a business or deciding to take a completely new turn. It’s can be terrifying. It can feel lonely. But, deep down, there is some quiet, brave voice that is telling you now is the time, right?
I help women who want to make a major change in their lives but don’t know how or where to start. I help women live the lives they envision for themselves by guiding them through an aspirational roadmap that will lead to clarity and action. The 6 month program, called WIT & GRIT, has been developed over many years as a clinical psychologist specializing in women’s health and wellness. In my coaching practice we work through 4 key phases: Growth, Resilience, Integrity and Tenacity.
1) The first step to working with me is to do a life compass session, which is 75 minutes and based on a survey you do prior to the session.
It is a session that will help you get really clear on what your true aspirations are, not what you think you should do, or who you ought be.
It’s about locating a direction and following it.
2) The next step is to identify health and wellness challenges that may get in the way of allowing your aspirations to unfold.
3) We then create a clear step-by-step plan to make foundational changes that will stick.
